Mr. Jim Ghiloni is the Professional Services Program Management Executive within the Federal Acquisition Service (FAS) at the General Services Administration (GSA). In this role, he is responsible for program oversight of GSA’s Professional Services programs, including the Professional Services Multiple Award Schedules and the OASIS program. Formerly, Mr. Ghiloni served as the Director of the OASIS Program Management Office. OASIS, which stands for One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services, is GSA’s acquisition solution that ensures that customer agencies can procure the complex, integrated professional services they need. OASIS is a comprehensive, flexible, easy to use and efficient way to obtain the best value for complex, multi-disciplinary professional service solutions with a support Information Technology component.
Prior to his tenure in the Professional Services category, Mr. Ghiloni served as Director of Business Operations for the Assisted Acquisition Service and, prior to that, as Deputy Office Director for the Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) Program. He also acted as the Alliant Program Manager, responsible for overseeing the procurement of the Alliant and Alliant-Small Business GWACs. Mr. Ghiloni began his government career at GSA, working in the Federal Systems Integration and Management Center (FEDSIM) organization as a Senior Project Manager and later as the Group Manager for Navy and Marine Corps Programs. Mr. Ghiloni is a Certified Project Management Professional. Prior to entering government service, Mr. Ghiloni worked as a senior network engineer in the private sector. He has a Bachelor's Degree from Wesleyan University and a Master's Degree from Indiana University.
