Jon Rhone
Command and Control Strategist

Jon M. Rhone is the Command and Control (C2) Strategist for SAIC. With a strong history serving the Department of Defense (DoD), Civil and the Intelligence Space Communities, Jon is responsible for customer-facing multidiscipline teams in both the Air Force and Space Force accounts. He intimately understands BMC2 and ISR warfighter community needs.
Jon’s 24 years of miltary service in the BMC2 career field and his experiences, expertise and vision are force multipliers. He is well-known as a thought leader, and his services are highly sought after for his contributions to the advancement of BMC2 concepts and capabilities throughout the United States Air Force and Defense Industrial Base.
While on active duty, Jon served in tactical and operational command and control leadership positions in the Combat Air Forces, Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC) and on staff at Air Combat Command. While on active duty, he served as an Air Battle Manager and a USAF Weapons School Instructor. Jon also led the Combat Operations Division at an Air Operations Center, the USAF’s C5ISR Operational Test and Evaluation
Group, which established the Shadow Operations Center-Nellis (ShOC-N) as the Air Force’s JADC2 experimentation battle lab. Lastly, Jon served as the
BMC2 career field SME on both the Air Superiority 2030 and the Multi-Domain Enterprise Capabilities Collaboration Teams (ECCT).
