Jonathan Sholtis leads ICF’s Cybersecurity Services team, which delivers the full spectrum of cybersecurity capabilities to ensure their operations to over two dozen major clients across the federal government, Department of Defense, state and local government as well as commercial clients. He brings more than a decade of experience conducting and delivering cyber operations, threat intelligence and reporting, incident analysis, computer forensics and investigations, tool test and evaluation, and end-point security services for numerous Department of Defense (DoD) and national security customers. Jonathan’s entrepreneurial approach to solving the complex demands of the cybersecurity domain has provided tangible results that positively impacted numerous client’s mission.

Jonathan also has extensive experience in the development and delivery of cyber education and training for the nation’s cyber forces. He led a 150+ person program team responsible for designing, developing and maintaining 30+ formal courses; building, securely operating and maintaining all networks that supported thousands of real-time students; and supporting all schoolhouse operations that delivered over 250,000 hours of training in 2017.

Earlier in his career, Jonathan was an Information Warfare officer in the U.S. Navy. His areas of specialization were signals intelligence and cyber threat intelligence. A few highlights to his active duty service include support to Operation Iraqi Freedom in Baghdad, Iraq from 2008 to 2009, several deployments onboard U.S. Navy submarines and the opportunity to serve in the Operations Directorate (J3) during the stand-up and transition to full operational capability of U.S. Cyber Command.

Jonathan has Bachelor of Science degree in Optics from the University of Rochester in New York and a Master of Science degree in Technical Management from the Johns Hopkins University’s Whiting Engineering School in Maryland.
