Justin Shirk is a Managing Director in the Defense & Intelligence Portfolio and the AWS relationship lead at Accenture Federal Services. He leads Accenture Federal Service’s work in the DoD and IC compartmented enterprise, specifically focused on DevSecOps, secure development and sensitive mission operations support.
Justin joined Accenture Federal Services through the acquisition of Novetta, where he was a Vice President and led teams building cloud solutions and secure systems engineering efforts for 10 years, including cross-domain mission support. At Novetta, he led the teams charged with operational support and technical support to the defense and intelligence communities, including the secure cloud PaaS in operation today.
Prior to Novetta, Justin worked for 13 years in the defense contracting industry, supporting mission owners through leadership positions at Northrop Grumman, CSCI and TIAG.
