KC Wilberg is a results-oriented, passionate, and dedicated executive with over two decades of experience in federal technology consulting supporting national security customers and the Intelligence Community (IC) driving continuous improvement to Mission service delivery. Recently, he has accepted a Vice President role leading the newly established Intelligence Business Unit at Acuity Inc., a prominent federal technology consulting firm known for its transformative success in the national security sector.
In his previous role as Vice President of Intel Application Solutions at CACI, Mr. Wilberg managed a portfolio of multi-billion-dollar programs within the Intelligence Community. Mr. Wilberg was instrumental in defining program strategy, cultivating innovative services, and delivering with excellence resulting in the highest customer satisfaction. For example, KC established the Corporation’s career laddering program to identify skilled internal talent for high level clearance sponsorship, upskilled staff while awaiting clearance adjudication, and implemented an Innovation Council cultivating technical and process-oriented ideas for evaluation, investment, and refinement into tangible discriminators.
Mr. Wilberg also served as the Director of PMO Operations for a large Enterprise IT Operations and Engineering contract in the Intel Community. In this capacity, he oversaw the day-to-day operations of a substantial program with approximately 600 personnel and a contract value of $1.3 billion. His leadership in staffing, training, change management, and transformation efforts contributed to improved customer satisfaction, greater confidence, and enhanced Mission delivery.
Mr. Wilberg has held key roles such as Project and ITIL Process Manager for USSOCOM, where he led efforts to develop and implement ITIL-based processes, and as a Project Manager overseeing contract transition for the FAA Air Traffic Organization, implementing PMBOK best practices.
During his tenure at the Pentagon with the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Mr. Wilberg served as a Project Manager overseeing enterprise operations, development, and infrastructure deployment projects. Notably, he led the rapid development and deployment of an information enterprise architecture known as the Decision Support Environment (DSE) across three distinct networks, facilitating information collaboration and knowledge utilization in support of decision-making for the Chairman of the Joint Staff.
Mr. Wilberg holds a Bachelor of Computer Science and maintains an active Project Management Professional certification, along with certifications in ITIL, Microsoft MCSE, Security+, and SharePoint Administration.
