Kenneth A. Gaines is an Enterprise IT Program Manager for CACI International Inc., an international provider of expertise and technology to enterprise and mission customers in support of national security missions and government transformation for defense, intelligence, and civilian customers.

Prior to joining CACI, Mr. Gaines spent 13 years at SAIC in various Program Management contract leadership positions supporting the C4 Enterprise Support Task Order for US Central Command J6, the GSA Enterprise Operations Task Order for the General Services Administration, and the Revolutionary IT Support Task Order for the US Army Corps of Engineers.

Prior to that, Mr. Gaines spent a career in the US Air Force, last serving as the Deputy Commander for the Joint Communications Support Element at MacDill AFB in Tampa, Florida. During his military career, he was as a commander on multiple occasions as well as serving in joint, major command and squadron-level assignments. He also served as the Branch Chief for Communications Officer Assignments at the Air Force Personnel Center.

Mr. Gaines holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Western New England College, a Master of Military Operational Art and Science degree from Air University, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from Florida State University.
