Kevin Stiles is CTO of Oceus, the innovative leader of communication solutions at the forefront of delivering the latest in broadband and wireless technology. In this role, he is responsible for the company’s product development, solutions customization, and systems integration services. His engineering team focuses on the development of secure and scalable 5th Generation (5G) New Radio (NR) and 4th Generation (4G) Long Term Evolution (LTE) products, and the integration and delivery of commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) products into customized solutions, including product certifications and accreditations. Kevin brings over 32-years of experience in telecommunications and government contracting and has held various positions from Software Engineer to Vice President of Engineering. Prior to his current role, Kevin served as Vice President of Engineering at Oceus and Ericsson Federal where throughout his career he was extensively involved in the areas of Research and Development, Service Delivery, and Systems Integration. He is responsible for bringing to market Oceus’ award winning Xiphos product line, a family of scalable and secure 5G/4G products, from man packable to large enterprise systems. He is also responsible for bringing to market Oceus’ ONmission software suite that provides mission planning and tactical cellular situational awareness, and end-to-end network management. At Ericsson he was responsible for the site design and delivery of the Ericsson components for a Department of Defense satellite program. He was also responsible for the design, development and deployment of some of the first IP MulitMedia Subsystems (IMS) in North America. As part of Research and Development, he was heavily involved in the design of the first core components of Ericsson’s IMS products. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of North Texas. Kevin is based in Plano, Texas Oceus Office.
