As Vice President of Business Development for Acuity, Inc., Kristin applies her Federal IT and Management Consulting large business experience as she drives Acuity’s growth strategy, targets and shapes new business opportunities, develops strategy industry relationships, and contributes to federal solutions alongside various industry experts.
Prior to this position, Kristin led business/IT strategy, organizational design and reengineering, system modernization and data engagements across the federal government. She has worked extensively with the Department of Homeland Security since inception and received awards for
her service and contributions. She is also a certified Change Management Advanced Practitioner and ITIL 3.0 Advanced Practitioner.
Kristin holds a bachelor’s degree in political science and economics from Siena College and earned an International Business Certification from the University of Grenoble, France. She maintains board memberships at the Government Technology and Services Coalition (GTSC)
and Women in Homeland Security (WHS) Interest Facts: Mom of 5, loves to travel and spend time outdoors with her family.
