I have created, implemented, and managed domestic and international health services programs in the for-profit, not-for-profit, and government sectors. My experience ranges from teaching HIV prevention classes to commercial sex workers in rural African villages, to managing multi-million dollar contracts supporting multiple State and Federal government agencies. In my current role I lead business development efforts in addition to managing 8 distinct contracts, supporting 6 different clients and more than 300 staff in 7 locations.

I have developed and managed partner relationships, implemented new policies and processes to ensure operational excellence, and created strategic plans to grow existing lines of business and expand into adjacent markets. The result is unique cross-functional expertise in policy analysis and implementation, business development, data analysis, systems design and implementation, customer experience and support, and program design and management.

Past and current clients include multiple State Medicaid agencies, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), multiple colleges and universities, the Office of Personnel Management (OPM), and the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).
