Lauren Kilcoyne serves as the Vice President and General Manager of Empower AI’s Information Modernization Business Unit. In this role, she is responsible for leading Empower AI’s Software Delivery and Advanced Data Analytics business while also driving growth and innovation through delivery of the company’s artificial intelligence capabilities. With 20 years of engineering and program management experience, Lauren is highly skilled at delivering products and services in a variety of government and commercial industries. Throughout her career, Lauren has been consistently sought after to turn around challenging programs and is known for her ability to effectively translate customer needs into solutions. Before joining Empower AI, Lauren led a portfolio of commercial cyber contracts at Capgemini, where she delivered cyber products, managed services, and consulting services to Fortune 500 companies. Prior to Capgemini, Lauren held technical and programmatic leadership positions at Leidos and Lockheed Martin. Lauren holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Villanova University, and a master’s degree in Systems Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.
