Lt Col Tom Meagher, an active-duty Air Force Officer, leads the Prime Division for AFWERX, responsible for accelerating development and transition of emerging dual-use technologies for the Department of the Air Force. A graduate of the U.S. Air Force Test Pilot School, he has held positions in various fields, including aircraft operations, program management, and test and evaluation.
