Manish Parikh is the CTO for the Business and Information Technology Solutions (BITS) Sector at CACI, which is a premier provider of expertise and technology to the Federal/Civilian, DoD and Intelligence Community customers. He is responsible for building and delivering innovative solutions for emerging requirements, as well as for developing the technical workforce. He is also responsible for defining and executing the Sector’s technology strategy, overseeing the IRAD program and establishing strategic partnerships with technology providers. BITS delivers a broad range of expertise and technology for end-to-end
modernization and transformation, including Enterprise IT Infrastructure services and solutions, enterprise business systems and applications, and
mission analytics. The Sector is comprised of 8,000+ employees and has
annual revenues of $2B+.

Prior to joining CACI, Manish held the CTO, Business Development VP and Strategy VP positions with the Intelligence & Security (I&S) sector at BAE Systems, which included a program portfolio providing IT, cybersecurity and intelligence analysis services as well as geospatial intelligence products. Prior to BAE Systems, Manish held positions of increasing responsibility with the Lockheed Martin Information Systems & Global Services Defense group. In his last role, he served as the deputy VP for the Data Analytics and Services business where he was responsible for performance operations oversight and growth strategy across 100+ programs. Prior to that, he was also responsible for service delivery and transformation, IT project management, and technical performance and stewardship of a 1,500+ employee organization across multiple Enterprise IT services programs.

Manish brings over 30 years of experience in organizational, business and technical leadership while providing IT operations and transformation, cybersecurity, software development, intelligence analytic services, and systems engineering services to customers.

Manish holds a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Maryland, College Park.
