Mr. Matthew Picerno is the ASA(ALT) Chief Cyber Acquisition Officer and Cyber Director in the Office of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Army (Data, Engineering, Software). Mr. Picerno leads a coordinated Army approach to enhance cyberspace survivability across modernization efforts and maintain operational readiness of fielded weapon/business systems.
