With over 20 years of industry experience supporting Public Sector / Federal Enterprise IT Requirements, Mr. Stern currently leads Rubrik Federal’s – Defense Sales Organization.

Mike is responsible for working with Rubrik Federal’s customers, to deliver Next Generation Cloud Data Management Solutions, that address some of the most complex Data Protection & Cloud Migration opportunities, both simply and cost effectively, by embracing Modern Data Center Cloud & Virtualization enablers.

Over his career, Mike has spent over 16 years at IBM, SAP, and Oracle.

Mike is a former Naval Aviator prior to his entrance into the Information Technology industry.

Mike joined the Rubrik Sales Leadership team in 2017 and has been with the Defense Department Sales organization since inception.
He holds a BA from The George Washington University and an MBA from the University of Massachusetts-Lowell. He is married to Paula Viviano Stern. Mike and Paula have two kids, Joe (25), and Isabella (22). They live in Philadelphia, PA.
