Mike Murphy

Michael Murphy is the Chief Technology Officer for Ericsson North America. In this role, he is responsible for aligning the Ericsson product roadmap with the needs of customers in the United States and Canada. He is based in Plano, Texas. Before joining Ericsson, Murphy held CTO roles for Nokia in both the Americas and Asia. Prior to those positions, Murphy served as Head of Japan for Nokia. Previously he also was Head of Research and Development and Head of Sales, Asia for Nortel. Murphy holds a master’s degree in mathematics from the University of Waterloo in Canada.
