Pat leads LMI’s logistics group, spanning customer support in acquisition and lifecycle management, supply chain and infrastructure resilience, and maintenance, distribution, and operations. He joined LMI in 2014, serving as vice president of LMI’s health and civilian market from 2018 to 2020.
A Navy veteran of the nuclear submarine community, Pat held leadership positions at the Department of the Navy and the Department of Defense (DoD) during his 40 years of public service. In his final Navy post from 2008 to 2010, Pat served as assistant deputy chief of naval operations for fleet readiness and logistics. In this role, he ensured operational readiness of ships, aircraft, combat forces, and weapons systems, managing a $32 billion annual budget. He went on to serve in the DoD Office of the Under Secretary for Personnel and Readiness as chief human capital officer and subsequently as chief of staff, performing the duties of the principal deputy under secretary. Three U.S. presidents have recognized Pat for superior federal leadership, twice with the Presidential Rank Award of Meritorious Executive as well as the rank of Distinguished Executive. He is a career DoD Senior Executive Service member.
Pat earned a bachelor’s in chemistry from the New York Institute of Technology and a master’s in business administration from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He is a certified acquisition professional by Defense Acquisition University and a certified professional coach.
