Paul Ferraro is president of Air Power for Raytheon Missiles & Defense, a business of Raytheon Technologies. Ferraro’s team provides combat, command and control, and sensor power to the U.S. Air Force that will allow them to dominate the airspace and complete direct attack, standoff and strike missions with precision.
Ferraro, who has held leadership positions for 25 years, leads a business focused on program execution, business growth, and the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Ferraro was vice president of Seapower Capability Systems at Raytheon Integrated Defense Systems, prior to Raytheon Company’s merger with United Technologies Corporation in 2020. He also was vice president of Advanced Technology programs and vice president of Engineering and Technology for the Network Centric Systems organization.
He holds both bachelor and master’s degrees in electrical and computer engineering from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and a master’s degree in business administration from the Boston University Executive MBA program.
