Praveen Kosgi serves as NetImpact’s VP of Technical Solutions. As a recognized IT/IS visionary, he joined NetImpact in 2021 with almost a quarter century of mission systems and technology transformation experience to execute NetImpact’s digital transformation (DX) disruption plans. With deep customer intimacy across DISA, USCIS, DoS, DHS, USDA, USDE, DoC, US Treasury, Praveen is a recognized Thought Leader in transformation strategy and proven solutions leader for large-scale, mission-critical portfolios challenged with complex mission requirements and diverse system needs in security, technology, and services.

Praveen currently oversees NetImpact’s DX360™ delivery roadmaps by driving product and solution innovation and enhancing strategic relationships with technology partners. Prior to NetImpact, Praveen has been instrumental in leading high-visibility Enterprise Architecture transitions to the cloud, serverless, containerized application architectures, DevSecOps, Microservices architecture, and security enhancements to mission-critical applications across Azure, AWS, and Hybrid Cloud platforms.

Praveen led the design, development, and publishing of NetImpact’s first SaaS solution on the Microsoft platform – DX360™ Security Accreditation, Remediation, Management of Operations and Risk (SecurityARMOR™). SecurityARMOR™, a COTS product purchasable through the Microsoft store, equips Agencies, Cloud Service Providers (CSPs), and enterprises with organizational wide security health visualization and automation engine necessary to streamline the FedRAMP and RMF ATO process by reducing authorization time and effort by 50%.

Praveen holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems Management, Master of Science, MBA in Financial Management and Information Systems, and numerous certifications related to CIO, PMP, SAFe, Azure-SA, and AWS-SA.
