Randy Fields is currently the Chief Technology Officer at Ultra Intelligence & Communications, based in Leesburg, Virginia. With over two decades of experience in the defense and commercial software industry, Randy's expertise is deeply rooted in the Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) domain where he is known for his technical leadership and ability to transform concepts into implemented solutions. He is particularly celebrated for fostering strong, mission-focused cultures. Prior to joining industry, Randy honorably served in the US Navy for 10 years as a cryptologist, where he gained valuable experience both as an enlisted member and as an officer. His notable accomplishments include managing globally distributed teams and spearheading significant business growth. Randy holds a Master's in Technical Management and a Graduate Certificate in Systems Engineering from Johns Hopkins University, complemented by specialized training in Artificial Intelligence from MIT Sloan School of Management. Currently, he is expanding his knowledge in AI/ML, focusing on enabling Joint Fires through partner ecosystems, at the Wharton School.
