Ravi Gourineni is the Chief Delivery Officer at Fearless, an impact-focused digital services integrator that builds software with a soul, while creating the conditions for organizations and their people to thrive.
Ravi believes in the power of government services to change people’s lives. He has over 20 years of experience working as a government contractor, and he’s served the Department of Veterans Affairs, Navy, Defense Logistics Agency, Department of the Treasury, and Department of Health & Human Services.
Throughout his career, he’s taken on a variety of roles. He’s worked in technical positions ranging from Software Engineer to Tech Lead, led projects and programs, and served as the director of departments. This experience has given him a holistic understanding of the digital services space, as well as how to set the foundation for high-quality delivery.
In 2022, Ravi joined Fearless as the company’s Chief Delivery Officer. In this role, Ravi helps deliver transformation to Fearless’ customers and provide comprehensive support to its programs and team members, while building up the company’s capabilities.
Ravi currently lives in northern Virginia with his wife and two daughters. In his free time, he likes to play basketball with his girls, watch movies, and play poker.
