LMI

Ray leads LMI's Army technical delivery efforts, ensuring LMI's workforce, solutions, and strategies are continually innovating to meet the needs of our Army customers. He joined LMI in 2013 as a co-op intern and has previously served as LMI's Data Architecture Practice Area Lead, Sr. Program Manager for ARDAP, and Lead Technical Advisor for Army Vantage. He has supported organizations such as OSD, the State Department, and the Army.
Ray has partnered with numerous Army organizations to modernize software development approaches, system architecture implementations, acquisition innovation, data science solutions, and many other areas of IT management. Ray also serves as the principal strategic advisor to the Army Data Platform program, where he is a trusted advisor to PEO EIS, PM ARDAP, and PdM ADP leadership.
Ray holds a BS in Industrial and Systems Engineering and an ME in Engineering Management, both from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
