Rosemary Kramer is the Practice Area Director of Digital Engineering at LMI, where she leads
the development and growth of Digital Engineering and Model-Based Systems Engineering
(MBSE) capabilities. These innovations serve LMI’s customers across various markets.
With over two decades of experience in engineering and leadership, Rosemary has a proven
track record of ensuring robust technology development across the product lifecycle for both
commercial and Department of Defense (DoD) complex systems technologies. She combines
strategic thinking, technical expertise, and tactical adaptability to drive innovation and deliver
exceptional results.
Prior to joining LMI, Rosemary served as MBSE Manager at Intuitive Research and Technology
Corporation. There, she led and scaled MBSE efforts for the U.S. Army PEO Aviation customer,
focusing on Modular Open System Approach (MOSA) aligned system architecture development
for major system components.
Rosemary’s career also includes roles as Quality Manager at Abaco Systems and GATR
Technologies, and as a Production Engineer at Toyota Motor North America. These positions
have provided her with extensive experience in quality management, systems engineering, and
production engineering.
Rosemary holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Saginaw Valley State
University and a Professional Certificate in Models and Methods to Manage Complex Systems
from MIT xPRO. She is also certified in multiple Systems Modeling Language standards.
In addition to her director duties, Rosemary is actively driving the delivery of critical MBSE and
digital engineering solutions to enable customers within LMI’s Space Market.
