With over a decade of experience in DevSecOps, as Program Manager Mrs. Nolbaum combines Agile methodologies, User Experience Design, and Data Analytics to drive successful projects. Her extensive work with USCIS includes contributions to critical systems such as ELIS, CLAIMS3, Benefits Hub, Fraud Detection and National Security System, and myUSCIS. Holding an M.S. in Business Analytics and a B.A. in International Studies with a focus on Latin American Politics, she brings a unique blend of technical expertise and global perspective to her role. Recognizing the importance of user-centric design, she pursued additional certifications in User Experience and Front End Design, integrating these principles into her program management approach to enhance project outcomes.
