Stacy Schwartz oversees Global Public Sector's work for a variety of federal agencies including the Departments of Homeland Security, Justice and State.
In this capacity, Ms. Schwartz leads a team of sales professionals representing the comprehensive AT&T product portfolio spanning mobility devices, services and applications; IT professional services; traditional and IP-based voice; Wi-Fi; high-speed Internet; data transport; cyber security; unified communications and cloud-based services.
Schwartz, who has been with AT&T for 17 years, was most recently Executive Director, Federal Civilian Sales. In that role, Stacy and her team consistently delivered year over year revenue growth, gaining competitive market share and growing the breadth of AT&T services purchased by existing federal customers.
Stacy's career in telecommunications/technology sales and marketing includes leadership positions in consumer marketing, business marketing, channel management, and retail and government sales. Her prior experience also spans global sales and marketing, where she and her team created multilingual/multicultural marketing and channel programs.
Previously, Stacy served as Executive Director of Global Consumer and Business Marketing at Global One (a joint venture of Sprint, France Telecom, and Deutsche Telecom) and Executive Director for hosting company Equinix.
Schwartz is currently a Board member of the Women's Center of Northern Virginia and represents AT&T on the Government Executive STEM Council. She also participates in Women in Technology, the Federal Industry Affairs Council (IAC), and the Potomac Officers Club/Executive Biz organizations.
Stacy holds a B.A. from Smith College and an M.A from The Johns Hopkins School of International Studies. She has also studied at Institut des Hautes Etudes International in Geneva, Switzerland, Kokusai Daigaku in Niigata Japan, the Harvard John F. Kennedy School for Government and the Wharton School for Executive Management.
