Tereza is a proven technology leader with over 20 years of experience driving successful customer centric strategies in Enterprise and Federal Markets. As Director for National Security at Splunk, Tereza is responsible for Splunk’s federal software sales across the Intelligence Agencies. In this role she leads a high performing team bringing together creative technology solutions to support her government customers’ mission requirements.
Prior to her current role, Tereza was the Business Unit Executive at IBM responsible for IBM’s Federal Software sales to the Intelligence Community (IC), Department of Defense, and Federal System Integrators.
Previous to IBM, Tereza was a senior account executive for Hewlett-Packard working with multiple IC customers to develop and implement complex software solutions that provided value and success for her clients’ objectives.
Tereza obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Maryland College Park, is a member of the Intelligence and National Security Alliance (INSA), Business Executives for National Security (BENS), Women in Technology Sales (WiTS), and is on the Board of Directors of AFCEA DC.
