Tracey Pratt is a Partner at Guidehouse serving in the Defense & Security Segment with over 30 years of management consulting experience supporting both industry and federal government agencies. She is an account leader in the Defense and Intelligence practice area focused on delivering strategy development and execution, organizational transformation, and change management. Along the way, she’s helped her clients to modernize and transform their organizations to be more operationally effective and forward leaning. She’s assisted federal agency Directors and their senior leadership teams redefine their strategic direction that have helped to redefine and modernize organizational elements to include bringing new and emerging technologies to mission. Tracey graduated from the University of New Hampshire with an undergraduate degree in political science and history.
