Traci is the Director of Digital Service Procurement where is dedicated to updating procurement methods to keep pace with the ever-changing technology needs. Prior to joining USDS, she was a Senior Contracting Officer at the Executive Office of the President, where she managed and awarded the digital service contracts for WhiteHouse.gov and the Presidential Correspondence System. Based on the work she has done in designing contracts to support agile development methods and the procurement of digital services, she helped OMB as one of the original collaborators and drafters of the TechFAR Handbook, which was launched along with the Digital Service Playbook as best practice guides.
