At Rancher: Tricia joined Rancher in October 2022 to add dimension and scale to the company’s public
sector sales team.
Before Rancher: Tricia has spent the past 27 years of her career serving Federal IT customers - focusing specifically on enabling mission readiness across all sectors (IC, DoD, and Civilian) with innovative technologies. Tricia formerly served as UiPath’s Regional Vice President of Federal Civilian Agencies and National Security Programs. Within that role, she worked closely with Government Executives to build their strategy for Enterprise-wide automation adoption. Previously, Tricia spent eight years as Red Hat’s Director of National Security Programs, Law Enforcement & Justice Practice. Throughout her career, she has served government leadership as a trusted advisor in their various IT Modernization and Cloud Migration efforts. Tricia’s understanding and passion for government mission optimization derived from her years spent as a subject matter expert on secure supply chain operations across the Intelligence Community and Department of Defense in various private sector software vendors.
In the Community: Tricia serves as a Board Member of the National Women’s Hall of Fame.
Education: Tricia holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
