Prior to LMI, Baker was a vice president and sector manager at Parsons Corporation. In that role, he led the pursuit and execution of a portfolio of work in the federal facilities and homeland security markets.

Baker earned his bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from San Diego State University. He later earned his Master of Business Administration degree from the University of San Diego.
