Tech Firms Publish Standard for AI in Health Care
Amazon, Microsoft and IBM have collaborated to develop a standard for the use of artificial intelligence in health care. The Consumer Technology Association tapped the three big tech companies and 49 others to standardize AI-related terms and definitions for the education of the health care industry. CTA official Rene Quashie said forming common terminology and agreeing on concepts was a major challenge in creating standard applications, Fierce Healthcare reported.
