Thomas Bruno is the vice president and general manager of homeland security and telecommunications at General Dynamics Information Technology, working out of Washington, D.C. Bruno earned his bachelor’s degree in civil and environmental engineering from Cornell University. He later earned his master’s degree in engineering management from the same institution.
