Todd Probert Named CACI NSIS Sector President

Todd Probert, a member of the Potomac Officers Club, has been appointed as the new president of CACI International’s national security and innovative solutions sector.

As NSIS sector president, Probert will manage customer programs and company investments to deliver enterprise and technology-based solutions in support of space communications, radio frequency and free-space optical communications, spectrum management and cyberspace operations. In addition, he will lead advanced research and development programs and establish go-to market strategies for company solutions that deliver actionable intelligence and analysis to support multi-domain operations, CACI said.

In his new role, Probert will further develop CACI’s national security expertise and technology offerings for command, control, communications, computers, intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance; cybersecurity, space, signals intelligence; and electronic warfare.

Citing CACI’s long history of supporting the nation’s warfighter and security, Probert expressed excitement about expanding the capability of national security missions through innovation in technology, delivery and operations.

CACI President and CEO John Mengucci, a 2020 Wash100 winner, said Probert is a "tireless strategist" who has the vision to anticipate customers’ needs.

A 20-year strategic business veteran, Probert most recently worked for CAE as its group president for defense and security. He also spent more than 10 years at Raytheon, where he served as the vice president for the company’s C2, space and intelligence business and mission support and modernization business.

He started his career at Honeywell Technology Solutions. During his tenure as the company’s vice president of strategy and business development, he led the enhancement of sales, marketing, pricing and proposal production efforts.

Probert completed his bachelor’s degree in aerospace engineering at the University of Michigan before earning a master’s degree in aeronautical and astronautical engineering from Purdue University.
