Tria Federal Names Fabian Plath as Chief Growth Officer

Tria Federal has appointed Fabian Plath as its new chief growth officer. Plath has more than two decades of business development experience in information technology, national security and the U.S. federal sector, Tria Federal said.

In his new role, Plath will lead Tria’s growth strategy and business development initiatives.

His previous experience includes leadership positions at Tyto Athene, General Dynamics Information Technology, CSRA, NES Associates, TRI-COR Industries and The Centech Group.

Tria CEO Tim Borchert, a 4×24 member, expressed his confidence in Plath’s ability to strengthen Tria’s position within the federal government and drive business expansion.

Plath also shared his enthusiasm at joining Tria, noting the company’s potential for growth in the federal market and its strength in the health sector. He also emphasized his commitment to building Tria’s growth team and seizing market opportunities.

Plath holds a master’s degree in organizational leadership from Duquesne University and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Evansville.
