Tricia Fitzmaurice, Vice President of Sales at Rancher Government Solutions

Tricia Fitzmaurice recently joined Rancher Government Solutions as vice president of sales, bringing 27 years of government IT thought leadership and experience. The open-source software and Kubernetes company hired Fitzmaurice in October 2022. The U.S. Air Force Kessel Run recently tapped RGS to provide Kubernetes support services to advance digital transformation at the IT Life Cycle Management Center’s Digital Directorate.

Fitzmaurice moved to RGS from UiPath where she served as regional vice president for civilian and national security programs, according to her LinkedIn profile. During her tenure at UiPath, she worked with government executives to help them form a strategy for enterprise-wide automation adoption.

Prior to UiPath, the executive spent eight years at Red Hat where she held leadership positions, including as director for national security programs and federal law enforcement and justice. The said role provided her an opportunity to advise some government senior leaders on various IT modernization and cloud migration projects.

Fitzmaurice also took the role of senior consultant and subject matter expert focused on secure supply chain management operations at IBM and was appointed as industry lead and senior account manager for the public sector at i2 Technologies.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
