Ultra I&C Appoints Bradford Powell as C2I Business President

Ultra Intelligence & Communications has appointed Bradford Powell as president of its Command, Control & Intelligence segment.

In his new role, Powell will oversee all business units within C2I and lead the development and execution of the company’s growth strategy. He will report directly to Ultra I&C CEO Jon Rucker, Ultra I&C said.

Rucker, a 4×24 member, said Powell has experience and expertise in strategy development and implementation within the defense industry. He said Powell will help Ultra I&C improve its position in the defense market and grow as a company.

According to his LinkedIn profile, Powell has been working in the private sector since 2006. Before joining Ultra I&C, he was the president of FON Federal, a company that provides commercial artificial intelligence and machine learning expertise. He also served in vice president roles at Cubic Mission Solutions for nearly four years and held several directorship and managerial roles at Northrop Grumman for over 10 years.

Powell also served as an acquisition officer with the U.S. Air Force for four years.
