USMS Awards BAE Systems $126M Task Order for IT Services

BAE Systems has secured a $126M task order for the provision of mission-critical sustainment and engineering services to the U.S. Marshals Service’s information technology division.

The task order requires BAE Systems to perform IT infrastructure engineering, full life cycle operations and comprehensive portfolio management. It also calls for desk support and the use of cloud service innovations and process improvement to modernize the USMS’ of IT tools and capabilities, BAE Systems said Thursday.

The company received the task order under the National Institutes of Health Information Technology Acquisition and Assessment Center’s Chief Information Officer–Solutions and Partners 3 Government-Wide Acquisition Contract.

BAE Systems has provided support services to the Department of Justice for over 20 years.
