David Kapusta Named Xcelerate Solutions’ EVP of Integration

Xcelerate Solutions has appointed David Kapusta as executive vice president of its integration unit, where he will lead strategic integration efforts between Xcelerate and IT solutions provider VMD, ensuring the two companies’ seamless operational alignment.

According to Mark Drever, Xcelerate Solutions’ CEO and a 4×24 member, Kapusta’s expertise in managing successful mergers and acquisitions will be vital in guiding the company through its transformation phase, Xcelerate said.

Kapusta’s experience encompasses information technology, systems implementation and integration, management of government contracts and programs and strategic planning.

Before joining Xcelerate, Kapusta, a former U.S. Air Force officer, served as chief operating officer and president of NTT DATA Federal’s operating units. He also held management and executive positions at IBM, PricewaterhouseCoopers International and Coopers, and Lybrand.
