Xenith Solutions Acquires TRI-COR Industries
Business solutions provider Xenith Solutions has announced its acquisition of TRI-COR Industries, a provider of full life cycle enterprise business and information technology solutions to federal and local governments.
According to Xenith, TCI was founded in 1983 by Louis Gonzales, the current company president, to fulfill the government's requirement for high-performance computing to address data processing needs.
“We are excited to come together as one organization. Lou has built a great company with people who excel at problem solving and delivering high-caliber business results with a corporate culture built on integrity and creativity. I am looking forward to the great work our teams will achieve together,” said Lee Shabe, a founding partner at Xenith and a Potomac Officers Club member.
TCI delivers IT solutions to customers across both defense and civilian agencies, including the Air Force, U.S. Transportation Command and the Department of Homeland Security.
The said company holds a Capability Maturity Model Integration Level 3 in Service and Delivery certification.
Once the deal is finalized, Xenith will acquire TCI's assets, team members, industry certifications and customer contracts.
TCI will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary within Xenith, under whose leadership it is expected to provide innovations and solutions that result in time efficiency and sustained cost savings.
“The Xenith team consistently brings a high-level of ingenuity and confidence to every project. Our customers are going to appreciate the added depth of skills and experience the combined team will bring,” Gonzales said.
Xenith is a service-disabled, veteran-owned small business that specializes in data solutions, consulting solutions, enterprise IT solutions and software and application development solutions.
