ESi, Meadowgate Merger Creates New Intelligence Solutions Brand

Government technology companies Engineering Solutions and Meadowgate Technologies have merged to form a new company called Vibrint.

Tom Lash, Vibrint CEO and a 4×24 member, launched the combined business on Monday, introducing it as a new partner in solving intelligence data analysis, collection and management challenges to improve mission-critical decisions. 

ESi and Meadowgate announced the merger in April, Vibrint said.

According to Lash, the merger is not just a combination of products and people. “We’re a vital and vibrant national security team committed to delivering accountable intelligence,” he stated. 

The executive noted that the new brand’s falcon-like logo symbolizes the agility, speed and precision of Vibrint’s operations.

Lash was previously the CEO of Meadowgate. According to his LinkedIn profile, he also held leadership roles at Amazon Web Services, including as general manager for national security and federal delivery. 

His leadership experience also includes time spent as vice president and group chief technology officer at Leidos and as senior vice president at Science Applications International Corp.
