Executive Profile: Kevin Phillips, ManTech President, CEO
Kevin Phillips has been serving as president and chief executive officer of ManTech for over two years. In this capacity, Phillips manages an 8K-member team that optimizes advanced technologies in a number of areas, including cyber, enterprise information technology, systems engineering and software development, and critical data and predictive analytics.
As a 14-year executive at ManTech, the 2020 Wash100 winner held the position of chief operating officer and chief financial officer, according to his LinkedIn profile.
In addition, he served as ManTech’s vice president, assistant to the chairman and chief of staff throughout the company’s integration of acquisitions.
Phillips entered ManTech in 2002 after its acquisition of CTX, where he served as a seven-year CFO.
Throughout his career, he has gained experience in government contracting, managerial finance and financial analysis.
He also serves as a board member of the Professional Services Council, the Aerospace Industries Association. Phillips has also been elected as the second vice chairman of the Northern Virginia Technology Council.
He earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration, management and operations from William & Mary.
