Carahsoft to Offer Kharon’s Risk Management Products to Public Sector

Kharon has entered into a distribution partnership with Carahsoft to deliver risk management solutions to the public sector through the latter’s contract vehicles and reseller partners.

The product offerings use The Kharon Core, an analytics engine designed to deliver significant insights to identify sanctions and compliance risks.

Such data will enable public sector organizations to combat financial crimes, manage supply chain and investment risks and identify potential export control violations, Kharon said.

According to Howard Mendelsohn, chief client officer at Kharon, the partnership with Carahsoft will enable more government organizations to access Kharon’s technology for research and analytics and boost their investigations on high-priority issues and targets.

Carahsoft will offer the risk management solutions through its NASA Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement V, Information Technology Enterprise Solutions – Software 2 and OMNIA Partners contracts.

Michael Shrader, vice president of intelligence and innovative solutions at Carahsoft, said the partnership with Kharon  will enable Kharon to provide public sector agencies with actionable intelligence to identify and mitigate threats.
