Elizabeth Larson Appointed as Siemens Government Technologies’ Chief Financial Officer

Siemens Government Technologies has announced the appointment of Elizabeth Larson as its chief financial officer.

In her new role, Larson will oversee all financial activities, including accounting, controlling and auditing. She will be responsible for supporting teams delivering technology and services to U.S. and international government clients, with a focus on energy efficiency, digital engineering and modeling modernization initiatives, SGT said.

Larson’s career started in public accounting, specializing in real estate. Later, she joined Siemens, where she moved to financial analyst roles and was chosen as a regional controller, leading a team responsible for driving growth in the Americas and Asia Pacific regions.

In her nearly 22-year tenure at Siemens, Larson has held various leadership positions in finance across multiple business units and helped improve business volume and profitability, according to SGT. Her experience spans technology solutions in energy, automation and electrical distribution equipment.

John Ustica, SGT’s president and CEO, a 4×24 member and past Wash100 awardee, highlighted Larson’s extensive experience and understanding of Siemens’ technology portfolio, seeing it instrumental in addressing critical customer challenges in energy, automation and digitalization and supporting its government clients’ national security missions.
