Ron Foudray serves as vice president of business development for Northrop Grumman’s information systems sector. He oversees strategic partnerships, business capture and customer engagement operations for the sector. Prior to this role, Foudray served as VP of business development at Northrop’s cyber solutions and defense systems divisions. He has more than three decades of design, development and integration experience related to intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance systems. Foudray spent two years at IBM’s global business services as project executive. The two-decade U.S. Navy veteran is a recipient of the Packard Award for Acquisition Excellence and a member of the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association. He holds a master’s degree in business administration from Columbus University.
