Overseeing C&B related technology innovation, solution engineering and service delivery for the US DoD, Intel, Federal, State and Local clients. Leading hundreds of highly qualified security professionals, providing advanced cyber capabilities as mission enablement for the nation’s top agencies. 30+ years of commercial, government and international technology and business management experience including winning and managing many large-scale IT, cyber, and mission-support programs. Having served in many executive positions for the Service Line, Chief Technology Office, Line of Business, Corporate Strategic Campaigns, Business Development, Performance Excellence and Program Office. A well-recognized professional and an honoree for the IBM Industry Academy, PriSM® Distinguished Professional for the IT Service Management Forum (itSMF) and for the IEEE Distinguished Visitor Program for 2005-2010. Former ISO US Delegate for ISO 20000-1 and former Chief Editor for ISO 20000-11 Technical Report. Awardee for the 2013 “Executive of the Year” from the Asian American Engineer of the Year Program; the 2009 “Paul C. T. Liu Distinguished Alumni” Award from Hawaii Pacific University; the 2006 “Most Outstanding Business Developer” Award from Northrop Grumman; and the 2004 “Most Innovative Knowledge Management Implementation” from the US eGov. Have two Masters of Science degrees, a Doctoral Degree in Business Management, and ABT1 Ph.D. in Atmospheric Sciences. Numerous professional and technical certifications including PMI PMP, ITIL® Expert, ITIL® accredited instructor, Scrum Master, HP OpenView Developer, NerveCenter Developer and BMC Developer.
