Steven Escaravage is a leader in Booz Allen’s digital, analytics, and strategy practice, serving clients across the defense, civil, and intelligence sectors. He leads the development and delivery of analytics solutions for a wide range of client missions including intelligence exploitation, surveillance, fraud detection and mitigation, and inspection optimization. Steve also leads Booz Allen’s population health surveillance capability, Epidemico℠, and serves as a member of JOOL Health’s board of directors. Over the course of his career, Steve has served in delivery oversight and leadership roles in Booz Allen’s defense, health, energy, commercial, and international businesses. He led the transformation of Booz Allen’s Food and Drug Administration support portfolio from traditional systems integration provider to industry-leading strategy, technology, and analytics partner. He also led the design and implementation of Booz Allen’s machine learning and data management solutions for commercial financial institutions, commercial pharmaceutical manufacturers, and the Department of Veterans Affairs. Steve has previously served as modeling and simulation integrated product team lead for a large defense acquisition program, as a data science subject matter expert for a court-appointed monitor, and as analytics lead for an oil and gas production monitoring program. Steve is an expert in applied mathematics, risk-based optimization, and data mining. He holds an M.S. in operations research from George Mason University and a B.A. in mathematics from Rutgers University.
