I currently focus on my role as the Global Director for the Applied Innovation Exchange (AIE), working with our Global AIEs, Capgemini Teams, and exciting Ecosystem of partners, startup firms, and other sources of innovation for our Capgemini clients.
In addition to my work on applied innovation I have experience in multiple industries, go to market roles, outsourcing, application development and management, business development, systems integration, account and region management, information technology (IT) consulting and business process outsourcing (BPO).
I am passionate about using IT to provide out-of-the-box business and industry solutions. I have significant experience in leadership roles and a proven track record of winning, directing and delivering large, global and complex multi-million outsourcing and consulting deals. In my career, I have worked with some of the leading IT organizations, which has provided me with the business acumen and the ability to think strategically and achieve results for clients; even in challenging circumstances.
I have substantial experience in global delivery models, portfolio management, client relationship management, operations management, consulting and am skilled at developing business and IT strategies with an in-depth understanding of how to apply technologies to solve complex business problems.
