Carlton “Bubba” Fox is senior vice president and chief product officer for NCI. Bubba guides the innovation and development of customizable AI solutions that empowers our customers to accelerate decision making and execution.
Bubba offers more than two decades of experience as an effective leader skilled in cultivating trust across organizational cultures, helping companies formulate and implement new product innovations to retain and grow
market share, mentoring and coaching, and exhibiting a commitment to grow leaders in revenue generating and operational management. Before joining NCI, Bubba served as chief operating officer for Olive, an IT healthcare company. Prior to this, he served as a major in the U.S. Air Force as an intelligence officer.
Bubba has a master’s in history of U.S. foreign relations from Virginia Tech and a bachelor’s in political science.
