Mr. Tuorinsky is a seasoned educator, presenter, and established author, contributing subject matter expertise in the areas of compliance, program management, strategy and operations, human capital management, technology, cybersecurity, digital transformation, and leadership development to many noteworthy publications, including Federal Times, Forbes, GovLoop, NextGov, Small Business Today, Washington Technology, and Washington Business Journal. Mr. Tuorinsky is a sought-after speaker for conferences, webinars, and interviews and was recently included in the roundtable discussion with local leaders and Washington Technology editors on supply chain security. He spoke on using Zero Trust architecture at the Cyber Security & Cloud Congress.
