Eric Stuckey

Eric Stuckey is the Chief Technology Officer for ARKA Group, L.P. and is responsible for development of ARKA’s technology and associated Independent Research and Development to provide integrated solutions for our customers’ missions.
Previously, he served 17 years in the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), most recently as chief of science& technology for the Weapons & Counterproliferation Mission Center. Previous roles included deputy director of Advanced Systems and Technology at the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO), director of the Integrated Intelligence Office at NRO, and division chief in the Office of Special Activities. In 2021, he received the Presidential Rank Award for an exceptional record in achieving major program goals and exceeding customer expectations.
Prior to joining the CIA, he worked 18 years in the commercial space industry at companies including Orbital Sciences and Fairchild Space and Defense. He managed all integration and test activities for various space programs including PanAmSat Galaxy-12 and NASA’s Dawn spacecraft.
Eric has a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from West Virginia University.
