Jason Cardone joined Cloudera as a Strategic Account Executive in 2022 and has worked with the Department of Justice (DOJ), Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and Department of State (DOS) on data integration, cybersecurity and artificial intelligence use cases at enterprise scale. 

Jason was a member of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Counterterrorism Fly Team from 2014-2022, where he led crisis response operations worldwide as a Supervisory Special Agent and Unit Chief (Acting). He responded to numerous high- profile terrorism incidents both domestically and abroad, working alongside Intelligence Community, U.S. Military and foreign partners. During this time, Jason was assigned to several U.S. Special Operations Task Forces, where he conducted counterterrorism and hostage recovery efforts while deployed across the Middle East, Africa, Asia, and
South America. 

Prior to that, Jason was assigned to the Memphis Field Office of the FBI as a Special Agent working cyber, counterterrorism and criminal investigations, to include cyber intrusions and kidnapping. He is the recipient of the Joint Civilian Service Commendation Award, the FBI Medal of Excellence and several Combat Theater Awards.

Before government service, Jason was an Enterprise Solutions Executive at Interwoven, Inc. and a Senior Consultant at Computer Sciences Corporation. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Lehigh University. Originally from New Jersey, Jason currently resides in Northern Virginia with his wife and five children.
